Senior Staff Test Engineer
Role Summary
Senior Staff Test Engineer in the Operations business group responsible for developing and validating production test programs and test methodologies for Marvell silicon. The role ensures product quality across wafer-sort and package test stages, works closely with design and product engineering, and drives yield and test-time improvements.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include development, optimization, and production support of test programs and processes.
- Develop wafer-sort test programs for production and characterization on ATE or bench platforms.
- Participate in testability reviews with DFT/DFM teams to define and improve yield and test methodologies.
- Lead test flow optimization, reduce test time, and support insertion/removal and release of production test programs.
- Set SYL/SBL for new products using yield history and make disposition decisions for production lots.
- Collaborate with NPI Product Engineering to stabilize screening at wafer-probe and package levels.
- Qualify and manage OSATs for capacity and cost; manage OSAT ATE hardware inventory and maintain released test programs.
- Support supply chain to meet customer delivery and review Test/WAT data to resolve yield issues proactively.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and professional capabilities, plus desirable skills where noted.

Must-have: 5+ years of RF/mixed-signal IC test experience, including sustaining high-speed RF products through volume production.

Must-have: Wafer-sort analysis experience for analog devices up to ~65 GHz.

Must-have: Demonstrable experience in ATE testing and test methodology (listed as a critical skill).

Must-have: Effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to summarize engineering findings for management; strong problem-solving and accountability.

Must-have: Fluent in English (read/write/listen/speak).

Nice-to-have: Programming experience in C/C++, Python, or Perl.
