Role Summary
Lead development and execution of ATE test solutions for Marvell silicon, covering characterization, production, and wafer sort. Work with design, DFx and product teams to ensure testability, meet product specifications, and reduce test time and yield issues.

Responsibilities
Main responsibilities include designing test programs and hardware, validating test patterns, and improving production test flows.
- Lead development of ATE test solutions for characterization, production, and wafer sort on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne platforms.
- Design and develop high-speed ATE test hardware and fixtures.
- Create and document detailed test plans, methodologies, and specifications to meet product requirements.
- Convert design test patterns from simulation environment to ATE format and validate them.
- Optimize test flows to reduce test time, improve yields, and remove unnecessary steps.
- Release production test programs in collaboration with product, yield, and test engineers.
- Participate in testability and test plan reviews with DFx and design teams.

Must-have: Demonstrable experience in ATE testing, test methodology, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.

Must-have: Expertise in test program development on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne tester platforms.

Must-have: Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Perl, and Linux environments.

Must-have: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field required. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
