Role Summary
Lead chip development projects for the Memory Interface Division (MID), managing cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams through product development from kickoff to customer release. Drive project planning, schedule, budget, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to deliver mixed-signal analog products.

Responsibilities
Accountable for end-to-end project execution and cross-functional coordination.
- Lead cross-functional, geographically distributed teams to deliver products from kickoff to customer release.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables; track metrics and KPIs (schedule, risks, scope, budget, manufacturability).
- Own project communication with leadership and stakeholders; prepare status updates and decision-point reviews.
- Identify and escalate issues early; organize focused teams (e.g., tiger teams) to resolve execution blockers.
- Support annual operating planning and manage project/program spending against forecasts.
- Maintain and improve project management practices, processes and execution discipline.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and demand creation to align priorities and prepare RFI/RFQ responses.
- Share lessons learned and align with global product-group methodologies and tools.
Requirements
Must-have technical program management skills and semiconductor product development experience.
- Proven track record delivering projects on schedule, on budget, and to quality targets.
- Experience implementing PM strategies to improve execution efficiency and scale delivery.
- Strong focus on risk mitigation, contingency planning, and timely escalation to avoid firefighting.
- Able to develop disciplined project teams with clear roles and responsibilities.
- 5–7+ years of relevant semiconductor industry experience.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on technical program/project management leading teams for mixed-signal analog product development (commercial, industrial or automotive markets).
- 3–5+ years participating in NPI/product-line functional teams (product, test, validation, design, quality or related).
- Familiarity with new product introduction and product development flows; exposure to automotive processes is a plus.
- Proficient with project and quality tools such as MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, FMEA, root-cause analysis, and Microsoft OneNote.
Education Requirements
BS in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is expected; Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering preferred. PMP certification is a plus.
