Senior Staff Program Manager – NPI Excellence, Governance and Central PMO support

Role Summary

Responsible for driving process excellence, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the New Product Introduction (NPI) framework for the Power and Consumer Products (PCP) portfolio. Partners with PMO leadership, engineering, quality, operations, IT, and corporate PMO to standardize and optimize NPI processes, phase-gate deliverables, documentation, and quality management.

Focus is on improving execution discipline for products targeting high-volume, high-reliability markets such as data center power systems.

Experience Level

Senior — 8–10+ years of hands-on program management experience in the semiconductor industry, including end-to-end NPI and product development programs.

Responsibilities

Drive NPI framework enablement, governance, and PMO excellence across the product portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

• Deploy, maintain, and improve NPI methodology, phase-gate processes, templates, and best practices.
• Identify process gaps and technical debt; develop and lead continuous improvement plans.
• Establish governance mechanisms, monitor compliance, and lead audit readiness for NPI processes.
• Implement and enhance document management, change control, revision, and approval workflows.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and leading/lagging indicators for NPI health and execution performance.
• Analyze execution trends and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Participate in corporate PMO councils and support enterprise program management alignment.
• Support cross-functional programs involving engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and customers.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience:

• Proven experience managing complex semiconductor product portfolios through development, qualification, manufacturing ramp, and production release.
• Deep knowledge of stage-gate / phase-gate product development methodologies and deliverables.
• Experience implementing or improving NPI frameworks, PMO processes, and governance models.
• Hands-on program management across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Test, Packaging).
• Experience with document management systems, change control, and audit processes.
• Ability to build KPI dashboards and use metrics to drive process improvement.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field required. Master's degree preferred. PMP certification preferred.
