Lead verification strategy and execution for Arm Media IP across architecture, RTL, and system integration. Work with cross-site engineering teams to define verification plans, develop reusable testbenches, and close functional and coverage goals.

Responsibilities
Accountabilities for the role include technical leadership of verification efforts and delivering high-quality, production-ready verification environments.
- Define and own verification plans and strategies for Media IP blocks.
- Design and implement SystemVerilog/UVM testbenches and verification infrastructures.
- Develop directed and random stimulus, functional coverage models, and assertion-based checks.
- Run and maintain regression suites; analyse failures and drive debug to closure.
- Apply formal methods and static checks where appropriate to accelerate closure.
- Collaborate with architects, RTL designers, software and SoC integration teams to ensure correct system behavior.
- Mentor and review work of other verification engineers; influence verification best practices.
- Contribute to tool selection, CI/regression infrastructure and verification automation.
