Responsibilities
The role is responsible for product definition, customer engagement, technical support, and leading a team to deliver power-management solutions.
- Identify market opportunities and collaborate with marketing, business management, and sales.
- Support sales/FAEs with design-in assistance, circuit review, debugging, troubleshooting, and field-return analysis.
- Define product and family roadmaps; translate market and customer needs into product requirements and specifications.
- Produce detailed Product Requirements and design specification documents and resolve trade-offs with design engineering.
- Participate in FPGA-based prototyping and board-level silicon evaluation according to validation plans.
- Provide deep technical training and create customer-facing collateral to support commercial success.
- Drive system modeling requirements and ensure coverage of corner cases in validation plans.
- Recruit, hire, and manage the necessary team to meet business needs.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills, experience, and behavioral traits required to perform the role.

Must-have: 12+ years of experience in power management with semiconductor companies, including product definition and customer engagements.

Must-have: Deep understanding of power management applications and products and product ownership mentality.

Must-have: Hands-on lab experience in debugging, probing, and characterizing circuits and silicon; familiarity with power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscopes, spectrum/network analyzers.

Must-have: Board-level analog and digital circuit design expertise and PCB schematic/layout skills; experience with PCB CAD tools.

Must-have: Understanding and application of control loop theory for power converters; experience with circuit simulation tools such as SIMPLIS.

Must-have: Programming proficiency in C and Python and experience automating lab testing and data analysis (Excel/JMP).

Nice-to-have: Experience with FEA tools for thermal/electrical/magnetic analysis and familiarity with AECQ, IATF, or ISO26262 (FuSa) basics.

Behavioral: Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work in fast-paced/ambiguous environments, and aptitude for building and motivating teams.
Education Requirements
