Role Summary

Provide technical support, training, design examples and documentation for FPGA embedded IP, processor solutions, flash and configuration/programming solutions. Work with customers, distribution and internal engineering teams to enable design wins and drive issues to closure.

Experience Level

Senior role. The posting requests a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include customer support, example development, documentation and collaboration with engineering to improve product experience.

• Provide technical support and training for FPGA features: embedded IP, processor solutions, flash, configuration and programming solutions.
• Develop and validate design examples and reference designs on development kits to demonstrate FPGA features.
• Author technical documentation: user guides, tutorials, application notes and device handbook content.
• Triage customer issues, perform root-cause analysis and drive issues to closure with internal teams.
• Work with design and engineering teams to improve usability and product robustness.
• Assist with hardware/board-level debug and validation where required.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in embedded systems, FPGA or related fields.
• Proven experience with FPGA and/or CPLD technologies, digital logic design and embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience with RTL development using Verilog or VHDL and programming in C.
• Experience with flash interfaces, FPGA configuration/programming and hardware/board debug.
• Independent, systematic debugging skills with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Motivated to learn and adapt to fast-changing technologies.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). The posting allows equivalent practical experience in lieu of a degree and specifies a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
