Senior/Staff Digital Design Engineer
Role Summary
Work with a team of design engineers to develop novel SoC products for connectivity and communication. Contribute to product definition, device performance and functional specifications, and deliver RTL, verification stimulus, and test vectors for bring-up and manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include architecture, design, and delivery of production SoC digital subsystems.
- Contribute to SoC architecture development for high-performance, low-power IoT devices.
- Implement and validate RTL using SystemVerilog.
- Use Python, Tcl, and UPF in the design and signoff flows from concept to silicon and production.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with systems, RF, software, firmware, verification, validation, and operations teams.
- Support schedule and resource planning to meet product timelines.
- Define and improve digital/system design methodologies, test strategies, and flows.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and domain experience:
- Deep RTL design expertise in SystemVerilog.
- Experience with multi-clock and multi-power-domain systems and power-management strategies.
- Knowledge of timing constraints, static timing analysis, and timing closure.
- Familiarity with common bus architectures (AXI, AHB, APB, OBI).
- Experience with Arm TrustZone, device lifecycle states, Secure Boot, and PSA Certified Level 2+ security.
- Proficiency with scripting and automation (Python, Tcl).
Nice-to-have:
- SoC architecture experience with embedded processors.
- Experience delivering designs through silicon to high-volume production.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with incomplete or changing requirements.
Education Requirements
MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
