The role owns ATE test program and test-strategy execution from architecture through production, coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
- Develop and drive test strategy for new projects and process nodes.
- Plan and implement ATE production and characterization activities.
- Own ATE test program development (test methods for ATPG/Scan, MBIST, HSIO, sensors, functional tests, etc.).
- Design and implement test flows, including binning strategies and pattern conversion flows.
- Maintain test program revision control and pattern conversion frameworks (SVN, git, STIL conversion tools).
- Coordinate ATE test hardware development with vendors (wafer probe cards, loadboards/sockets, thermal interfaces).
- Lead bring-up, characterization, debug and production release activities; drive multi-functional teams and external suppliers.
