Senior Staff Analog Mixed Signal Circuit Design Engineer, SERDES

Role Summary

The Senior Staff Analog Mixed Signal Circuit Design Engineer at AMD is tasked with planning, building, and executing the verification of AMD's SERDES IP features to ensure a bug-free final design. Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Designing circuits for wireline transceiver building blocks, including PLL, clock distribution, receiver front-end, transmitter front-end, serializer, and deserializer.
• Conducting peer reviews of circuit designs and verification results.
• Collaborating with validation teams to evaluate silicon results.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Extensive experience in high-speed analog design, specifically with ADCs, PLLs, and related components.
• Familiarity with the latest process technologies, ideally 7nm or below FinFET technology.

Education Requirements

A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree in Electronic Engineering is required.
