Job Title
Senior Staff Analog Engineer
Role Summary
Join the Configurable Mixed-Signal Division to design and verify complex analog circuits for custom mixed-signal ASICs. The role focuses on leading analog design, verification, silicon bring-up, and supporting production ramp for high-voltage and power-management applications.
Experience Level
Senior β typically 7+ years of analog IC design and verification experience or equivalent.
Responsibilities
Responsible for architecture, design, verification, and handoff of analog blocks, and for supporting silicon bring-up and production readiness.
- Design and verify CMOS analog circuits to meet performance, area, power, and schedule targets.
- Run analog/mixed-signal verification simulations at block and chip level and review AMS results.
- Define system and circuit-level strategies with project leads for custom ASICs.
- Guide and review layout work to ensure implementation quality.
- Collaborate with DFT, test, and product engineering for test development and production ramp.
- Drive silicon debug, device characterization, and lab evaluation.
- Produce technical documentation and participate in design reviews and consulting.
- Schedule tasks, report progress, identify risks, and propose mitigations.
Requirements
