Role Summary
Lead analog design and delivery of complex CMOS power-management blocks from specification through production. Provide technical leadership, design supervision, lab evaluation guidance and customer-facing support within the analog/power team.
Experience Level
Senior β typically 8β12 years of relevant analog/power-management design experience.
Responsibilities
The role owns complex analog power-management blocks and guides designs into production. Key responsibilities include:
- Interpret requirements and define system and block-level design strategy for power-management ICs.
- Provide technical leadership for major blocks and supervise design, simulation and layout of CMOS power-management circuits.
- Take ownership of complex block designs; delegate tasks and review team deliverables.
- Perform feasibility studies and ensure designs meet specifications for performance, area, power and schedule.
- Lead lab evaluation activities in collaboration with applications and test teams.
- Plan and support top-level simulation, verification and DFT strategy to ramp to production.
- Produce high-quality documentation for IP blocks and drive design/process innovations.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers and support customer interactions and RFQ responses as required.

Must have: 8β12 years relevant experience in analog/power-management IC design with proven technical leadership on complex projects.
- Experience with CMOS power-management circuit design, simulation and layout supervision.
- Proven ability to plan and execute lab evaluations, top-level simulation/verification and DFT integration.
- Demonstrated coaching/mentoring experience and ability to lead cross-site or cross-cultural teams.
- Strong verbal and written English communication, presentation and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams; flexible to undertake occasional international travel.
