Job Title

Senior Software Program Manager – CSP Engagements

Role Summary

Senior Technical Program Manager on the CSP Engagements team responsible for technical engagement with hyperscale cloud service providers (CSPs) for NVIDIA datacenter systems and platforms.

The role is the primary technical interface between NVIDIA system software organizations and CSP platform, system software, and AI teams to ensure alignment, readiness, and successful large-scale deployment of NVIDIA-based server and rack-scale solutions.

Experience Level

Senior — requires substantial technical leadership experience. The role expects extensive systems or embedded software experience and leadership credibility.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include technical ownership for CSP engagements, cross-team coordination, and ensuring production readiness of NVIDIA datacenter platforms.

  • Lead deep technical engagements with hyperscale CSPs as NVIDIA’s primary point of contact for system software, firmware, and platform readiness.
  • Partner with CSP system software, firmware, and infrastructure engineering leaders on architecture, bring-up plans, deployment readiness, and production requirements.
  • Represent CSP technical priorities internally and advocate for customer requirements across system software, firmware, hardware, silicon, and product teams.
  • Own the end-to-end CSP engagement lifecycle from early alignment and pre-production readiness through large-scale deployment and sustained production support.
  • Translate CSP system-level requirements into actionable items for NVIDIA engineering teams and communicate platform capabilities and tradeoffs back to CSPs.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate cross-company technical risks affecting CSP deployments (OS enablement, firmware maturity, observability, reliability, HW/SW integration).
  • Support rack-scale and multi-rack datacenter deployments to ensure system software readiness and operational success at hyperscale.

Requirements

Essential technical skills and experience required to perform the role; followed by differentiators that are nice-to-have.

  • Strong background in systems or embedded software with experience in Linux kernel/drivers, server firmware (BMC/BIOS/UEFI), or datacenter platform bring-up and HW/SW interfaces.
  • Proven technical leadership as a software engineering manager, technical lead/architect, or senior systems/platform engineer driving large cross-functional efforts.
  • Experience delivering datacenter server software or rack-scale systems (not limited to application or SaaS software).
  • Direct experience working with hyperscale CSP engineering teams on bring-up, performance, reliability, observability, and deployment readiness.
  • Ability to align senior engineers, architects, and executives across organizational and company boundaries and influence technical tradeoffs.

Nice-to-have:

  • Hands-on or leadership experience with NVIDIA GB200 and/or GB300 platforms and platform enablement.
  • Prior CSP-facing engagement experience specifically for NVIDIA datacenter platforms.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end NVIDIA datacenter software stack: bring-up, platform integration, observability, reliability, and hyperscale deployment considerations.

Education Requirements

BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; equivalent practical experience accepted.

Additional Information

Base salary ranges (location- and level-dependent) were provided in the original posting. The position is open at least until 2026-08-18. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
