Role Summary
Join the Tegra developer infrastructure team to build AI-native, high-performance build, test, and validation pipelines. The role focuses on designing CI control planes, fast feedback loops, and integrating AI agents to improve developer and agent turn-times for large, safety-critical C/C++ codebases.

Responsibilities
Design and operate next-generation, AI-enabled CI and validation workflows that prioritize speed, reliability, and automation.
- Build AI-native, self-healing CI workflows for large Tegra C/C++ codebases.
- Design fast build, test, and validation paths to keep developers and agents in tight loops.
- Integrate reasoning agents to triage failures, recommend fixes, and automate routine recovery safely.
- Improve incremental builds, caching, remote execution, and test selection.
- Integrate simulation, emulation, and device-backed testing into trustworthy CI pipelines.
- Define machine-readable outputs, policies, and recovery paths consumable by agents at scale.
- Package workflows and platform capabilities for reuse by other teams and drive adoption through metrics, documentation, and enablement.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience for successful performance in this role.
- Strong systems and build architecture experience for large C/C++ codebases.
- Deep experience with build systems, CI orchestration, and test strategy.
- Practical experience using AI coding tools and agent workflows in daily development.
- Proficiency with Python and scripting for workflow automation and tooling.
- Ability to reason about safety-critical or high-assurance validation flows.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience building or scaling CI/build systems for large monorepos or embedded platforms.
- Proven improvements in feedback loop latency or signal quality.
- Work on speed infrastructure for AI coding agents, autonomous validation, or high-throughput CI.
- Experience with hardware/device-lab testing, remote execution, or change-based test selection.
- Delivered internal AI-assisted developer workflows adopted by other engineers.
Education Requirements
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
