Role Summary

Lead design and implementation of confidential computing and attestation systems for next-generation network devices and SoC platforms. Collaborate with hardware and software teams to define isolation mechanisms, validate architectures, and deliver proofs-of-concept.

Senior — requires 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include architectural design, research, and delivery of secure platform capabilities.

• Lead research, design, development, and implementation of confidential computing solutions for network devices and SoCs.
• Design and specify hardware-enforced isolation mechanisms to provide defense in depth.
• Collaborate with internal and external hardware and software teams to integrate and deliver architectures.
• Perform architectural modeling, validation, microarchitectural definition, and develop proofs-of-concept for secure platforms.
• Drive security requirements and integration for virtualization, attestation, and system software.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience; nice-to-have items listed where applicable.

• 5+ years of industry experience in system or platform security.
• Experience with confidential computing, attestation, virtualization, and operating system security.
• Proficiency in programming and debugging (Python, C/C++).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Nice-to-have: Deep expertise in a leading confidential compute architecture; experience with PCIe support areas such as TDISP, IDE, SPDM.
• Nice-to-have: Security research publications, architectural hardware/software codesign experience, or experience using AI tools for architectural modeling.

Education Requirements

BSc, MSc, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering — or equivalent practical experience.
