Senior Reliability Engineer
Role Summary
The Senior Reliability Engineer based in Sofia will provide reliability analysis and laboratory support across company technologies and customer issues. The role contributes to corporate reliability strategy, develops implementation routes for emerging technologies, and supports cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Key duties include reliability analysis, developing standards, and supporting technology implementation.
- Perform reliability analysis and provide lab support for company technologies and customer issues.
- Develop and implement reliability standards, strategies, and roadmaps for business units.
- Plan implementation routes for emerging technologies (e.g., Si Ph, NVRAM, High Voltage) and support external technical branding through IP and conferences.
- Work on projects and assignments of moderate scope; use standard engineering methods to analyze and resolve problems.
- Collaborate across teams and support other projects or assignments as needed.
- Coach and mentor students and less-experienced team members.
- Follow Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements in all activities.

Nice-to-have: Experience in the semiconductor and/or EDA industries.
- Knowledge of electronic devices and semiconductor theory.
- Experience with CAD systems for electronics (Cadence IC, OrCAD, Protel or similar).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Perl, Tcl, Bash) and Unix/Linux systems.
- Exposure to Cadence Virtuoso or Skill programming is a plus.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
