Senior Reliability Engineer
Role Summary
Join the reliability team supporting development, qualification, and reliability assessment of advanced semiconductor technologies at GlobalFoundries Singapore. The role focuses on reliability stress testing, lifecycle evaluation, risk identification, and technical engagement with internal teams, customers, and external vendors.
Experience Level
Senior level. The posting specifies a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Execute and manage reliability characterization and monitoring activities across memory and non-volatile technologies; develop test methodologies and communicate technical results to stakeholders.
- Set up, execute, and analyze reliability tests for SRAM, Flash, NVM, OTP, MTP, and eFUSE technologies, including periodic monitoring.
- Develop wafer-level and package-level reliability test methodologies and test programs.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to design hardware and software solutions for reliability characterization.
- Prepare technical reliability presentations, support customer visits, and participate in reliability risk assessments.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience; preferred attributes listed separately.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in reliability, device physics, or semiconductor testing.
- Experience with reliability testing and data analysis for memory and NVM technologies.
- Knowledge of wafer fabrication processes.
- Understanding of MOS device physics and reliability statistics.
- Ability to develop test programs and reliability test methodologies.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline (as stated in the posting).
