Job Title

Senior Quality & Reliability Engineer

Role Summary

Support SoC qualification and reliability validation for advanced semiconductor products. Work with hardware and test engineering teams to coordinate HTOL system board design, system bring-up, debugging, and validation execution while managing logistics with external reliability vendors.

This role requires hands-on operational support for occasional onsite sample handling and close cross-functional coordination in a multinational environment.

Experience Level

Senior-level. 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor reliability, qualification, validation, or related engineering roles.

Responsibilities

The engineer will execute and coordinate reliability qualification activities, interfacing with internal teams and external labs.

  • Support SoC qualification and reliability validation activities for advanced semiconductor products.
  • Coordinate HTOL/system board design activities with internal hardware and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with test engineers on HTOL/system bring-up, debug, and validation execution.
  • Manage communication, scheduling, and sample logistics with external reliability test vendors and laboratories.
  • Provide onsite reliability support including hands-on sample replacement and hardware handling when required.

Requirements

Must-have technical experience and working attributes.

  • 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor reliability, qualification, validation, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with SoC qualification and reliability testing concepts.
  • Experience with hardware/system boards, lab bring-up, and debugging activities.
  • Good coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Hands-on attitude and willingness to support onsite operational tasks when required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multinational environment.
  • Nice-to-have: system board design for validation, HTOL board bring-up and failure troubleshooting, SoC package reliability experience, and knowledge of SoC test methodology and semiconductor production flow.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
