Senior ALU Design Engineer
Design and implement arithmetic operators for RISC‑V instructions (floating‑point, vector, crypto, integer) and collaborate with implementation and physical design teams to meet frequency, area and power targets. The role sits on the processor design team in Cambridge and uses a hybrid work pattern (1 office day per week expected).
Work contributes to high-performance RISC‑V compute blocks used in AI, ML and data‑center applications.
