Senior Quality & Reliability Assurance Engineer
Role Summary
As an NVM Quality & Reliability Assurance (QRA) Engineer on Global Quality, you will perform electrical failure analysis and data analysis for next-generation 3D NAND devices, develop outgoing monitor plans, and manage risk assessment and product disposition during high-volume manufacturing.
Experience Level
Senior. Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry as a QA or product engineer are preferred.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include qualification support, failure analysis, and coordinating cross-functional reliability activities.
- Prepare release documentation after qualification and establish plans to monitor product quality and reliability in HVM.
- Conduct electrical failure analysis on rejects to identify failure modes and root causes and drive corrective/preventive actions.
- Perform data analysis to assess reliability trends and customer risk.
- Manage deviation risk assessment and provide product disposition recommendations.
- Support post-qualification quality and reliability issues and assist in material analysis and disposition.
- Coordinate with R&D and Product Engineering to evaluate new reliability issues and testing approaches.
Requirements

- Experience conducting electrical failure analysis and data-driven reliability assessments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills; ability to multitask and coordinate across multiple issues.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and perform under pressure.
- Baseline digital fluency and responsible use of AI-enabled tools for analysis and research.
- Preferred: 3+ years in semiconductor QA or product engineering; failure analysis experience is a plus.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
