Senior Quality & Reliability Assurance Engineer
Role Summary
The NVM Quality & Reliability Assurance (QRA) Engineer conducts electrical failure analysis and data analysis of 3D NAND memory devices and develops outgoing monitor plans to sustain and improve product quality during high-volume manufacturing.
The role works within Global Quality and partners with R&D, Product Engineering, and manufacturing teams to assess risk, manage deviations, and provide product disposition recommendations.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include qualification, failure analysis, monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.
- Prepare release documentation after qualification and establish monitoring plans for HVM (high-volume manufacturing) products.
- Perform product failure analysis to identify failure modes and mechanisms; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform risk assessments, manage deviations, and provide product disposition for affected materials.
- Assist with post-qualification quality and reliability issues and support analysis and disposition activities.
- Coordinate with R&D and Product Engineering to identify new reliability issues, test approaches, and customer impact.
- Analyze electrical and reliability data to drive actionable quality improvements.
Requirements
Minimum skills and experience expected for successful performance in the role.
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience in semiconductor quality, reliability, or related engineering roles.
- Experience with electrical failure analysis and data analysis of semiconductor/NAND devices (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills; ability to produce technical documentation.
- Good organization and multitasking skills; ability to coordinate across multiple issues and teams.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and perform under pressure.
- Baseline digital fluency and responsible use of AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, and operational tasks.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline (as stated in the posting).
