Senior Project Manager

Role Summary

Lead architecture-focused projects within the Central Engineering CT Operations team to shape Arm IP development. Manage planning, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure delivery of energy-efficient IP used by partners.

This is a fixed-term contract role based in Cambridge with hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities

Project management duties include planning, tracking, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Own and drive project planning, scheduling, tracking, monitoring and reporting.
  • Motivate and manage teams to meet commitments and delivery milestones.
  • Implement and enforce project governance; manage risks, changes and dependencies to resolution.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Legal and Operations stakeholders.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of processes and project practices.

  • Proven experience leading project delivery, preferably in Agile or iterative environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills across engineering teams and senior management.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed engineering teams.

  • Organized, resilient, and able to operate in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with product development lifecycles and SoC/IP development processes.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools.
