Role Summary
Lead execution of product development programs for RF semiconductors, RF modules, and wafer services within Qorvo's High-Performance Analog (HPA) business, focused on Defense and Aerospace customers. Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, sourcing, and commercial teams to deliver programs on schedule and within budget.
Experience Level
Senior β the role expects experienced individual contributors or managers. The posting specifies 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
Accountable for planning, coordinating, and driving program execution across distributed teams to meet customer and internal requirements.
- Drive execution of RF semiconductor, RF module, and wafer-service product development programs for Defense and Aerospace customers.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and customer expectations in partnership with Product Line and Program Managers.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Design, Assembly, Test, Quality, Sourcing, Logistics, and manufacturing operations.
- Lead communication and meetings across remote and non-co-located teams to ensure alignment and progress against milestones.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks or roadblocks, and implement action plans with engineering, operations, and business teams.
Requirements
Must-have experience, skills, and constraints for performing the role.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in the defense, semiconductor, or related industry.
- Proven experience reporting project performance metrics and communicating program assessments to account managers and functional leaders.
- Experience with product development and lifecycle management tools; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Must be eligible to work on U.S. Government contracts β applicants must be a US Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee). This position is not eligible for company visa sponsorship.
Nice-to-have / preferred:
- Experience with RF semiconductors or microwave modules (3+ years preferred).
- Prior experience with U.S. government contracts.
- Knowledge of wafer fabrication, microelectronic package assembly, and test processes.
- Experience with SAP and BI tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, or JIRA.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
