Senior Project Coordinator - Project Enablement
Role Summary
Coordinate engineering project setup and IP governance activities, working with program managers, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure projects are configured, tracked, and compliant with established processes.
Opportunity to develop technical program management skills and gain exposure to engineering workflows, project infrastructure, and compliance processes.
Experience Level
Early-career β typically around 3 years of relevant experience; relevant internships or equivalent experience may be considered.
Responsibilities
Support project startup and ongoing project administration to ensure accurate records, tracked actions, and adherence to governance.
- Collect and maintain required project information and documentation.
- Document participating parties, project requirements, and the design bill of materials.
- Coordinate project setup actions with engineering, IT, and other stakeholders using standard processes and checklists.
- Track actions, milestones, dependencies, and outstanding requirements; follow up with responsible teams.
- Maintain project records, trackers, dashboards, and status reports; support data collection and reporting for performance metrics.
- Facilitate collaboration between engineering, program management, IT, trade compliance, legal, procurement, HR, and other teams.
- Document and communicate project scope changes and updated requirements to relevant stakeholders.
- Follow IP governance and export compliance procedures; escalate risks or questions to senior team members.
- Support process improvement and automation for recurring tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks; capture lessons learned.

Must-have: Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, program management, engineering operations, IT, or similar technical environment (relevant internship or equivalent experience may be considered).

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, information technology, business, or a related discipline is expected; relevant internship or equivalent practical experience is acceptable.
