Job Title

Senior Project Analyst

Role Summary

Work on the Central Hardware System (CHS) Operations team to lead program-level project and process management across global cross-geo teams. Own and improve systems, tools, and processes that support program execution, financial consolidation, resource planning, and executive reporting.

Experience Level

Senior-level. The role expects demonstrated ownership of cross-functional programs and influence on senior-leader decisions; 5+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities focus on program execution, tooling, financials, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Own and enhance CHS operations systems, SharePoint lists, and Power Automate flows; manage enhancements from intake through release.
  • Lead financial roll-ups across products and quarters; produce audit-ready summaries for executive review and official submission.
  • Drive fiscal-year budget intake and consolidation; build and maintain dashboards showing plan vs. actuals and forecast risk.
  • Design and maintain executive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau); define KPIs, data models, and refresh cadence.
  • Provide operations leadership and consultation across program management, engineering, finance, and supplier teams.
  • Lead resource planning, capacity modeling, and gap analysis; surface staffing and bandwidth risks.
  • Own program milestones, change requests, risks, and meeting artifacts; run product reviews and ensure closure of action items.
  • Establish and scale program management processes, tracking systems, schedules, and documentation standards.
  • Architect Power Automate workflows on SharePoint lists to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
  • Mentor junior analysts and codify templates, playbooks, and operating standards; produce executive briefings for senior leadership.

  • Must-have: Proven experience owning cross-functional programs and driving outcomes across engineering, finance, and suppliers.
  • Must-have: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivots, Power Query), SharePoint Online (lists and libraries), Power Automate, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Must-have: Experience with financial consolidation, budget intake processes, and creating executive-ready financial summaries and dashboards.
  • Must-have: Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills for both engineering and executive audiences; attention to detail.
  • Preferred / Nice-to-have: Experience with SQL, Python, or scripting to automate data pipelines and reporting.
  • Preferred / Nice-to-have: Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or AI-assisted analytics applied to operations workflows.
  • Preferred / Nice-to-have: Program-scale Jira usage (dashboards, queries, workflow customization) and familiarity with Agile or hybrid program management practices.
  • Preferred / Nice-to-have: Familiarity with the semiconductor product lifecycle and operating with global teams and external suppliers.

Education Requirements

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree plus 2+ years relevant experience OR High School diploma (or equivalent) plus 4+ years relevant experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical work experience is explicitly accepted where noted.
