Role Summary

Lead cross-functional programs to deliver MCU-based semiconductor products from early definition through mass production for automotive, industrial, server, and data-center applications. Serve as the central program leader aligning silicon, firmware, software, validation, product marketing, operations, and business teams to meet schedules, quality, and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Drive program execution across product definition, engineering development, validation, production readiness, and mass production launch.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans.
• Act as the central liaison across silicon, firmware, software, validation, marketing, operations, and regional business teams.
• Provide timely stakeholder updates on schedule status, risks, financial assumptions, decisions required, and recovery actions.
• Lead structured development reviews and decision checkpoints to maintain execution discipline and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Proven experience managing complex semiconductor, MCU, or embedded-systems development programs involving hardware, firmware, software, validation, product, and operations teams.
• Ability to manage schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and program-level decisions across global teams.
• Strong planning, organization, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing program financial inputs (development cost, COGS, ROI) for semiconductor programs.
• Proficiency with program scheduling and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Business-level English and Japanese language ability.
• Self-driven and comfortable leading programs with shifting priorities and complex dependencies.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with MCU products for automotive, industrial, server, or data-center applications.
• Hands-on exposure to silicon development, firmware/software enablement, validation, or product operations.
