Role Summary
Lead planning and execution of program(s) of record including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables and risks. Drive cross-functional alignment and on-time delivery for semiconductor/SoC-related programs, interfacing with technical teams, business stakeholders and customers as required.
Experience Level
Senior — typically requires 8+ years of program/project management or related experience; substantial experience in the semiconductor industry is expected.
Responsibilities
Accountable for program planning, tracking, and stakeholder coordination across multiple medium-complexity programs or single complex programs.
- Define and maintain Program Plan of Record: schedule, scope, resource forecasts, and prioritization.
- Monitor program metrics, budgets/spending, on-time delivery and milestone achievement; take corrective action when metrics deviate.
- Identify, track and mitigate program risks; maintain and update risk tracker.
- Secure and align resources to meet program demand.
- Drive cross-functional decisions and promote program vision to gain stakeholder buy-in, including senior leadership.
- Promote process adoption and identify/implement process improvements across program management activities.
- Work with technical teams to optimize non-recurring engineering (NRE) and support post-silicon validation and customer deployment activities.

- Must-have: 8+ years of program management or related experience with demonstrable ownership of schedules, resources and financials.
- Must-have: Experience managing multiple programs or complex programs in a technical/engineering environment (semiconductor/SoC experience preferred).
- Must-have: Hands-on experience with program controls and tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); ability to build dashboards/Gantt charts.
- Must-have: Experience managing operating budgets, resources and project financials.
- Must-have: Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills; proven leadership experience.
- Must-have: Demonstrated experience defining and implementing processes and driving adoption.
- Nice-to-have: Experience interacting with senior leadership (Director level and above) and working in large matrixed organizations.
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with SoC design cycle, packaging, post-silicon validation processes and customer deployment.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with PM certifications and tools (PMP, advanced dashboards, Gantt tools).
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics), Computer Science or a related field is listed as required. A Master’s degree in a related engineering field is preferred.
