- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a technical cybersecurity role (infrastructure security, OT/industrial security, or similar).
- Deep practical knowledge of PKI concepts, digital certificates, encryption, TLS, and key management technologies (implementation and operations).
- Experience with factory production flows, ATE data paths, or hardware production pipelines and their security considerations.
- Hands-on experience with network segmentation, Windows and Linux OS hardening, and secure access controls.
- Proven track record driving security projects and enforcing compliance across third-party manufacturing sites.
- Clear verbal and written communication in English; self-reliant and proactive work style.
