Senior Product Test Engineer
Role Summary
Develop and deploy automated wafer-sort ATE programs and test automation for advanced GPUs and SoCs. The role works with product engineering, wafer foundries, and ATE/probing vendors to define test methodology, improve yield, and support mass-production ramp.

Responsibilities
Main responsibilities include designing, automating, and supporting production test solutions:
- Bring up wafer-sort ATE programs during new product introduction and ramp to mass production.
- Deploy probing technologies and methodologies, including ML models and high-bandwidth fixtures for 3D ICs.
- Coordinate with product engineering, wafer foundry teams, and ATE/probing vendors to improve performance, quality, and reliability.
- Build statistical tools and widgets; perform data analysis for gap and root-cause analysis.
- Create scripts and tools for test automation, machine-learning-driven testing, and production efficiency.
- Support inline debugging and troubleshoot production-line issues.

Must-have: 5+ years experience with Advantest 93K (or Teradyne Uflex) in a test house, ATE vendor, or production environment; experience writing wafer-sort programs or production sustaining.

Must-have: Proficiency in a compiled or scripting language such as C/C++ or equivalent; familiarity with VB, Perl, or Python is preferred.

Must-have: Proven ability to collaborate across engineering teams and with external vendors; strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Nice-to-have: Experience applying machine learning to test processes, high-bandwidth test-fixture design, and 3D IC testing methodologies.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
