Senior Product Quality Manager
Role Summary
Lead product quality for networking ICs, overseeing quality management systems, root-cause analysis, and production readiness across design, manufacturing, and customer-facing issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement prevention methods, improve product performance, and ensure reliable transition into production.
Experience Level
Senior-level. Preferred 5+ years in leadership roles and manufacturing within the semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities
Accountable for defining and executing quality plans and processes for networking IC and systems products.
- Lead the quality function and sustain a consistent quality philosophy across the organization.
- Establish, maintain, and optimize the quality management system and related metrics.
- Develop and implement quality plans aligned with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Lead root-cause analysis for design, manufacturing, and customer issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and improve build development, verification, and validation processes throughout the product lifecycle.
- Perform proactive risk assessments and implement prevention and continual-improvement techniques.
