Role Summary
Quality & Reliability Engineer supporting SoC qualification and reliability validation for advanced semiconductor products. The role coordinates system board design, lab bring-up and debug, vendor communication, and sample logistics to ensure product qualification targets are met.
Based in Hsinchu, Taiwan, reporting to the Quality team and working across hardware, test engineering, and external reliability labs.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Support SoC qualification and reliability validation activities for semiconductor products.
- Coordinate HTOL/system board design activities with internal hardware and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with test engineers on HTOL system bring-up, debug, and validation execution.
- Manage communication, scheduling, and sample logistics with external reliability test vendors and laboratories.
- Support onsite reliability operations, including hands-on sample replacement and hardware handling as required.
Requirements
Must-have:
- 3β5 years of experience in semiconductor reliability, qualification, validation, or related engineering roles.
- Familiarity with SoC qualification and reliability testing concepts.
- Experience with hardware/system boards, lab bring-up, and debugging activities.
- Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-functional work and vendor interactions.
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to support onsite operational tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multinational environment.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in system board design and development for validation or qualification.
- Hands-on HTOL board bring-up, debugging, and failure troubleshooting experience.
- Familiarity with SoC package reliability concepts and qualification workflows.
- Knowledge of SoC test methodology, test patterns, and semiconductor production flow.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field (as stated in the posting).
