Role Summary

Implement and optimize benchmarking and deployment flows for deep learning models. Work with product, technical marketing, and support teams to define benchmark requirements, run experiments, and deliver actionable performance and analysis reports.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include developing benchmarking workflows, measuring performance, and communicating results.

• Develop and optimize scripts for AI model deployment and benchmarking using Python and C/C++.
• Design and execute benchmarks to measure latency, throughput, accuracy, and power consumption of AI workloads.
• Adopt and apply benchmarking methodologies and tools for vision and LLM/VLM models (MLPerf, MLFlow, MMLU, HumanEval, GSM8K, ARC, GPQA, etc.).
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support to capture benchmark requirements and present results.
• Prepare detailed benchmarking and analysis reports for engineering and marketing stakeholders.
• Integrate benchmarking workflows with CI/CD, version control, and automation frameworks.

Requirements

Technical must-haves and preferred skills.

• 4+ years experience in AI/ML model deployment, benchmarking, or performance evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python; experience with C or C++ for low-level performance work.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Caffe.
• Familiarity with LLM tooling, inference servers, and AI accelerators.
• Experience in performance evaluation of hardware and software systems.
• Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub), CI/CD, and automation frameworks.
• Nice-to-have: working knowledge of Linux environments and device driver internals.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree (BTech/BE) in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field is specified (posting lists BTech in ECE/CS). The posting also specifies ~4+ years of experience.
