Senior Product Manager, NFC Wireless Charging Solutions (F/M)

Role Summary

Lead product direction for NXP's NFC Wireless Charging portfolio, owning strategy, roadmap, and product lifecycle from concept to market. Work with cross-functional teams (R&D, architecture, applications, marketing, sales, operations) and engage customers and ecosystem partners to drive product adoption and business growth.

Experience Level

Senior — 7+ years of relevant experience in product management, systems architecture, applications engineering, technical marketing, or semiconductor leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include defining product strategy, driving roadmap and execution, engaging customers and partners, and measuring market performance.

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap for NFC Wireless Charging solutions.
• Translate market opportunities and customer requirements into product requirements and platform direction.
• Lead product definition across hardware, RF, firmware, software, security, and system-level architectures.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch, ramp, optimization, and end-of-life.
• Drive cross-functional product execution with R&D, applications, marketing, sales, quality, and operations.
• Engage strategic customers, ecosystem partners, and standards bodies to influence direction and accelerate adoption.
• Develop business cases, value propositions, and go-to-market positioning.
• Monitor market performance, competitive dynamics, design-win progress, and relevant business metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, system architecture, applications engineering, technical marketing, or semiconductor product roles.
• Proven track record defining product strategy, roadmaps, and leading cross-functional execution.
• Strong technical understanding of hardware, RF, embedded systems, or system-level product development.
• Experience engaging directly with customers and translating requirements into successful products.
• Ability to build business cases and use data to inform product and investment decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and executive-level communication skills.
• Comfort leading teams without formal authority and working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Nice-to-have: hands-on experience with NFC/contactless systems, RF/antenna design, power management, or wireless power ecosystems.

Education Requirements

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, RF, Microelectronics, or a related technical field (as stated in the posting).
