Senior Product Manager – FW & Embedded SW Solutions
Role Summary
Lead strategy and execution for firmware and embedded software products that integrate with advanced integrated circuits. Work with cross-functional engineering teams and customers to define roadmaps, deliver features, and ensure product performance, reliability, and safety across target verticals.
Position location: Haifa or Tel Aviv offices; hybrid model with at least one working day at the secondary site.
Experience Level
Senior-level. Requires 5+ years in product management or in leading teams developing firmware or embedded software products.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for firmware and embedded software solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver features that integrate deeply with hardware and ICs.
- Translate customer needs into product requirements and deployment plans across multiple verticals (automotive, data center, communications, consumer).
- Monitor product deliveries, usage, and performance; make data-driven decisions to prioritize and optimize the product.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and communicate roadmap, priorities, and status.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications:
- 5+ years in product management or leading firmware/embedded software teams.
- Strong technical understanding of embedded systems and hardware–software integration.
- Strategic thinker with experience in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
