Role Summary

Lead product strategy and execution for firmware and embedded software solutions that integrate with advanced integrated circuits. Work cross-functionally with engineering, customers, and stakeholders to define roadmaps, drive feature delivery, and ensure product fit across automotive, data center, and AI markets.

Hybrid role based in Haifa or Tel Aviv offices; the position requires at least one working day at the secondary site.

Experience Level

Senior — requires 5+ years in product management or leading teams that develop firmware or embedded software products.

Responsibilities

Own vision, roadmap, and delivery for firmware and embedded software product lines; translate customer needs into product requirements and measure outcomes.

• Define and drive the product roadmap for FW and embedded SW solutions focused on performance, reliability, and safety.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to specify features and ensure deep hardware–software integration.
• Engage with customers and vertical teams to gather requirements and validate solutions across use cases.
• Monitor product usage, performance, and delivery; make data-driven decisions to optimize products.
• Coordinate releases and deployments with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications and key skills required for the role.

• 5+ years in product management or leading teams building firmware/embedded software.
• Solid technical understanding of embedded systems and hardware–software integration.
• Proven ability to set strategy and work in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
• Strong communication skills for aligning technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and common tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
