Senior Product Manager – ATE & System Test Solutions

Role Summary

Lead product definition for ATE and system test solutions, defining the vision, roadmap, and plans to integrate on-chip monitoring and analytics with ATE platforms and system-level validation. Drive product direction that improves quality, scalability, and robustness in semiconductor testing.

Position is based in the Haifa or Tel Aviv offices with a hybrid model (at least one working day at the secondary site).

Experience Level

Senior-level. Specific years of experience are not provided; significant product management experience in the semiconductor domain is expected.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy for ATE and system-level Edge products.
• Build, maintain, and prioritize the roadmap for ATE & system-level applications based on feasibility, customer impact, and business value.
• Collaborate with R&D, algorithm, and analytics teams to deliver integrations with ATE platforms and system validation tools.
• Partner with Application Engineering and Customer Success to ensure successful deployments and customer satisfaction.
• Support technical discussions, demos, and collaboration with key accounts; translate customer feedback into requirements.
• Drive initiatives for standardized test flows, traceability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Define KPIs for adoption and success and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Proven track record managing complex technical products end-to-end in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor test flows and system-level validation.
• Background in yield management, semiconductor/product engineering, system engineering, or data analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Nice-to-have:

• Direct experience integrating with ATE platforms (for example, Advantest or Teradyne) or similar test equipment.
• Experience working with customer success or application engineering on deployments.
