Role Summary

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Consumer Power solutions (PMICs, multiphase regulators, battery management, display power and system power architectures) targeting smartphones, tablets, handheld gaming, AR/VR, smart glasses and AI consumer platforms.

Work with OEMs, SoC partners, ODMs, sales and field application teams to translate customer and market insights into product requirements, business cases, and design wins. Drive cross-functional execution from concept through production to grow revenue and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Principal responsibilities include:

• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap and growth initiatives for consumer power products.
• Develop business cases, prioritize investments, and own product requirements for PMICs and related power solutions.
• Engage OEMs, SoC partners, ODMs, Sales and FAE teams to identify customer needs and secure design wins.
• Lead cross-functional execution across R&D, applications, operations, marketing and sales from concept to production.
• Translate market, competitive and customer insights into differentiated products and long-term opportunities.
• Drive portfolio expansion and system-level value to increase revenue and customer engagement.

Requirements
