- Own PE lifecycle from concept to mass production, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Design, Apps, Test, Quality, Project Management and Operations.
- Define and execute ATE characterization plans, device risk assessments, ramp readiness and mass-production release activities.
- Support ATE test plan definition, test coverage reviews, and correlate test programs with test hardware.
- Generate and manage characterization reports in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Define mass-production test limits using guard banding, outlier screening and statistical limit-setting.
- Optimize lot disposition, yield and throughput using statistical methods and DOE.
- Provide customer-facing technical support for high-volume consumer products and support excursion containment for suppliers/customers.
- Improve data analysis tools and methodologies to support PE and yield activities.
