Role Summary

Join the product engineering team responsible for technical success and customer satisfaction across post-silicon, system, and analytics projects. The role bridges silicon, test, and software to deliver actionable insights and integrate proteanTecs' analytics platform into customer environments.

Experience Level

Senior. The posting specifies 3+ years of relevant experience in IC/system product, test, or yield engineering with post-silicon analytics experience.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities focus on post-silicon analytics, customer integration, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Perform post-silicon and system-level data analysis and produce actionable insights.
• Support customers with analytics platform troubleshooting and feature introductions.
• Drive integration of the analytics platform within customer environments across silicon, test, and system domains.
• Collaborate with R&D and data science teams to develop, validate, and improve analytics algorithms.
• Troubleshoot complex silicon and system issues using data-driven methods.
• Partner with design, software, and product teams to influence roadmap and execution.
• Serve as a technical lead during customer onboarding, support, and ongoing engagement.

• Must-have:
• 3+ years in IC/system product, test, or yield engineering with post-silicon analytics experience.
• Proven track record in data analysis and root-cause debugging at the system or silicon level.
• Deep understanding of IC manufacturing, characterization, and qualification processes.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal.
• Nice-to-have:
• Experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Python, JMP).
• Experience in ATE test development or digital simulation tools (e.g., HSpice, PrimeTime).
• Background in silicon lifecycle management, reliability physics, or embedded monitoring.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or ML-based analytical solutions.

Education Requirements

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
