Senior Process Integration Engineer - Technology Development
Role Summary
Perform process integration and device development for high-voltage BCD processes at GF Singapore. The role executes development experiments, supports device testing and reporting, and collaborates with failure analysis and reliability teams to resolve process and reliability issues.
Primary focus is process development for high-voltage devices, test-structure optimization, and improving yield and reliability through disciplined experimentation.
Experience Level
Senior — typically requires 2–3 years of process integration or technology development experience.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include planning and executing development work and coordinating with test and analysis teams.
- Execute engineering splits on development lots and own lot progression.
- Perform device testing, analyse results, and produce technical reports.
- Collaborate with failure analysis and reliability teams to investigate process/reliability issues.
- Support high-voltage test-structure layout and device optimization.
- Contribute to process/device learning specific to high-voltage technologies.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and attributes; compact list of expectations.
- Strong understanding of CMOS and high-voltage (HV) process schemes and device physics.
- Experience with design of experiments (DOE) for process development.
- Hands-on experience with device testing and data-driven reporting.
- Experience working with failure analysis and reliability testing teams.
- Ability to own development lots and drive experiments to completion.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
- Nice-to-have: exposure to high-voltage device development.
Education Requirements
Degree (Bachelor's) or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science is specified.
