Senior Process Integration Engineer (Silicon Photonics)
Role Summary
Join the 300mm process integration team to own silicon-photonic process integration from development and customer engagement through transfer to volume production. The role focuses on delivering manufacturable processes that meet quality, cost and delivery targets.
Experience Level
Senior. Candidate is expected to have demonstrated experience developing and delivering advanced semiconductor process technologies for mass production.
Responsibilities
Accountable for process integration and technical project execution across development and manufacturing.
- Develop silicon-photonic (SiPh) processes across technologies including RF, FinFET, FDSOI, and eNVM.
- Collaborate with process module and packaging teams to define and implement process solutions.
- Work with technology development (TD) and business units to define project scope and ensure technical requirements are met.
- Drive technology cost reduction, process convergence and wafer-yield improvements.
- Lead engineering teams and coordinate cross-functional activities to meet schedule, scope and cost targets.
- Perform work in compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.

- Must-have: Proven record of leading engineering teams and delivering advanced semiconductor technology into mass production.
- Must-have: Strong project management skills with experience managing schedule, scope and cost trade-offs.
- Must-have: Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with FEOL/MOL/BEOL process development and characterization.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with FinFET and FDSOI process flows.
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, structured problem solving, and technical presentation/writing.
Education Requirements
Degree required: Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 1+ year, or PhD plus 1 year. Acceptable fields: Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, or other relevant engineering/physical science disciplines.
