Must-have skills and experience for successful performance in this role.

  • Significant industry experience at a senior level; proven record of delivering complex semiconductor programs.
  • Minimum of 8 years of project/program management experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent development efforts and deliver silicon subsystems and final client products.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, time-management, and stakeholder-communication skills, including executive-level communication.
  • Proven risk identification, analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional engineering, product, and operations teams; familiarity with NPI processes.
  • Nice-to-have: domain experience with optical components, silicon photonics, high-speed analog/RF amplifiers, controller ASICs, embedded firmware, or DSPs; experience with hyperscaler/cloud data center customers.
  • May require eligibility to access export-controlled information; non-U.S. applicants may be subject to export license review prior to employment.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is stated. Master's or PhD is listed as a plus; the posting also gives experience-based equivalencies: preferred 15+ years industry experience overall (or 10+ years with a Master’s, or 8+ years with a PhD).
