Role Summary
Lead and drive execution of complex semiconductor programs across the full New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, from concept through production ramp. Responsible for delivering products on time, on quality, and on cost while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Workstream focus includes strategic electrification segments such as 48V platforms and other high-growth product areas.

Responsibilities
Accountable for end-to-end program delivery and governance; coordinate cross-functional teams and drive decision-making in a matrix organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Marketing, Product Definition, Quality) to deliver programs aligned with business and customer objectives.
- Define, plan, and execute program roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Own programs from concept through industrialization and production ramp-up.
- Manage program budget, schedule, risk, and overall performance against business targets (margin, cost, revenue).
- Implement planning, tracking, and gate review processes to enforce execution discipline.
- Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Support product definition with marketing and customers, particularly for electrification applications (e.g., 48V).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize NPI processes and project management practices.
