Role Summary

Lead cross-functional product development teams to plan, execute, and deliver new analog/mixed-signal semiconductor products to market, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and return on investment.

This role coordinates design, fabrication, assembly/test, validation, firmware/software, manufacturing, quality, and field organizations across global locations.

Experience Level

Senior level — requires substantial experience (10+ years) in project engineering or program management for complex products.

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include managing project execution, driving product qualification and release, and reporting program status to management and customers.

• Lead cross-functional teams to release new products and meet forecasted ROI.
• Manage schedule, cost, and quality with wafer fabrication, assembly, and test sites.
• Plan and track projects from opportunity assessment through market release using MS Project and company systems.
• Provide clear direction to internal teams and external support organizations; influence without direct authority.
• Drive team motivation and accountability to achieve flawless execution and on-time delivery.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and interact with customers on milestones and deliveries.
• Develop and implement qualification plans; maintain project schedules and documentation (Galileo/system upkeep).
• Coordinate reliability, characterization, failure analysis, material logistics, and prioritization for assembly/test.

Requirements

• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with reliability requirements, tri-temperature characterization methodology, and statistical analysis.
• Nice-to-have: Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, strong analytical and time-management skills, and experience working with global customers.
