Senior Principal - Program Manager

Role Summary

Lead and drive execution of complex semiconductor programs across the full New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, from concept through industrialization and production ramp-up. Work with cross-functional, international teams to deliver products on time, on quality, and on cost, aligning technical and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Accountable for end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder alignment, and program performance.

  • Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Marketing, Product Definition, Quality) to deliver program objectives.
  • Define, plan and execute program roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Own programs from concept definition through industrialization and production ramp-up.
  • Establish and maintain planning, tracking, and gate-review processes to ensure execution discipline.
  • Identify program risks early, define mitigations, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Manage program budget, schedule and performance to support margin, cost, and revenue targets.
  • Align stakeholders and drive decision-making within a matrix organization.
  • Support product definition with marketing and customers, including emerging electrification applications (e.g., 48V).
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve PM practices and NPI processes.

Requirements

Core skills and experience required to perform the role.

  • Proven program or project management experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in New Product Development / NPI.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional, international programs.
  • Solid understanding of IC development flows: design, validation and industrialization.
  • Strong planning, risk management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels in a matrix organization.
  • Leadership and communication skills; high ownership, accountability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Nice-to-have: experience in electrification platforms (48V), PMO experience, and budget management.
