The Senior Principal Program Manager leads and drives execution of complex semiconductor programs across the full New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, from concept through production ramp. The role coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver products on time, on quality, and on cost while balancing technical, customer, and business constraints.

Responsibilities
Accountable for end-to-end program delivery and continuous improvement of program management practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Marketing, Product Definition, Quality) to deliver programs aligned with objectives.
- Define, plan, and execute program roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Own programs from concept through industrialization and production ramp-up.
- Drive execution discipline via planning, tracking, and gate review processes.
- Identify risks early, define mitigation plans, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Manage program budget, schedule, and performance to contribute to margin, cost, and revenue targets.
- Align stakeholders and drive decision-making across a matrix organization.
- Support product definition with marketing and customers, including electrification applications (e.g., 48V platforms).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize NPI processes and organizational maturity.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience to perform the role; followed by desirable qualifications.

Must-have: Proven program or project management experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in New Product Development / NPI.

Must-have: Solid understanding of IC development flows (design, validation, industrialization); strong planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills.

Must-have: Strong leadership, communication, ownership, accountability, and resilience in fast-paced environments; fluent in English.

Desirable: Experience with electrification/48V platforms and product definition in automotive or power-electronics contexts.
