Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include supporting DFT integration and verification across design and implementation teams.
- Understand DFT architecture and produce scan insertion collaterals for implementation teams.
- Enable and support scan insertion flows during synthesis and downstream implementation.
- Contribute to ATPG at partition level and full SoC level.
- Perform GLS (gate-level simulation) activities including fault modeling and coverage analysis.
- Work cross-functionally with implementation, verification, and tool teams to resolve DFT issues.

- Must-have: Familiarity with IEEE 1149.1 (JTAG) and IEEE 1687 (IJTAG) standards.
