Role Summary

Hands-on engineering role on the Chandler Post-Silicon Validation team. The team validates and characterizes Arm SoC processors, performs lab-based measurements, debugs silicon and platform issues, and supports customers during product ramp.

The engineer will plan and execute validation and characterization activities, deliver measurement data and analysis, and collaborate with design, firmware, manufacturing, and customers to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include hands-on validation, characterization, and debug of silicon and platform-level issues.

• Develop and execute post-silicon validation and characterization test plans for SoCs and platforms.
• Perform performance, power, thermal, and signal-integrity measurements; collect and analyze data.
• Debug hardware, firmware, and system-level failures using lab instrumentation and software tools.
• Design and maintain test harnesses, board bring-up procedures, and automated test flows.
• Work closely with silicon designers, firmware engineers, manufacturing, and customers to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Document results, provide clear reports, and support customer ramp and handoff activities.
