Senior β€” 8+ years of experience in IC silicon characterization, validation, product engineering, test engineering, or system integration.

Responsibilities

Drive methodology definition and ensure teams are aligned and prepared for first silicon and production validation.

  • Define electrical, functional, and performance characterization and validation techniques for post-silicon bring-up and production test.
  • Translate product requirements and silicon behavior into structured characterization plans with coverage targets, risk areas, and data-collection strategies.
  • Drive alignment on tooling, flows, and coverage requirements prior to tape-out and first silicon.
  • Lead methodology transfer into execution; coordinate managers to ensure tooling, methods, and engineers are ready for handoff.
  • Identify methodology gaps early in the program cycle and resolve them through cross-functional collaboration across Israel and U.S. teams.
