Senior Portfolio Manager
Role Summary
Responsible for driving portfolio execution, business operations, and cross-functional coordination to support product readiness, customer commitments, and business unit goals within Qorvo's Integrated Systems Business Unit (ISBU).
Partners with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, marketing, and commercial teams to align execution with forecast, production, and revenue plans.
Experience Level
Senior (professional level). Typically requires approximately 8+ years of relevant experience in program/portfolio management, supply chain, finance, or similar roles.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities include:
- Lead business operations and portfolio management activities across the business unit.
- Coordinate forecasting, demand planning, new product introduction, and production readiness.
- Translate program assessments into clear updates for account managers and functional leaders.
- Compile, analyze, and report revenue, production forecasts, and inventory performance.
- Partner with supply chain and operations to support manufacturing execution and product availability.
- Engage stakeholders during product release to align execution with product goals and revenue plans.
- Coordinate production transfer activities for stable handoff from development to manufacturing.
- Drive team alignment through clear goals, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Improve execution speed and predictability through process discipline and lessons learned.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications and conditions:
- 8+ years of experience in program/portfolio management, supply chain, finance, or similar functions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with business reporting.
- Proven ability to coordinate action plans across engineering, support functions, and business teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with project management and ERP tools such as Microsoft Project and SAP.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without formal authority.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required. Preferred: Master of Business Administration or other relevant advanced degree.
